Customer Support

At Acuitec, we have a service department of highly qualified professionals to assist customers at all levels. We offer comprehensive services for our flagship products, VPIMS and Vigilance.  These services include:

  • Onsite support and configuration as needed
  • Product support and consulting
  • Product enhancements
  • Integration/interface services
  • Training
  • Remote support through VPN connection
  • If additional support is necessary, service support engineer will travel on-site within 48 hours
  • Toll-free number for customers to call in any product-related issues
  • Acuitec customer portal where customers enter service tickets and view the status of open tickets
  • Support team with hours from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time Monday-Friday
  • Extended Support available covering 16-24 hours for additional fees
  • Support through Sentry, Acuitec’s real-time monitoring support system, which alerts Acuitec support teams instantly if servers or peripheral systems are not fully-functional. Sentry can also be customized to monitor practically any system parameter.
